I have spent the last four years as the social media lead for the North Central Texas Council of Governments Transportation Department. My day-to-day includes living, breathing and creating social media and I love it! Not only do I get to write content, design graphics and produce videos, I also analyze efforts and produce analytics reports that help guide our strategy.

I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where I earned a Master of Arts degree in Journalism as well as a Texas Christian University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio-TV-Film. When I’m not reading, you can catch me listening to music, writing, shooting with my camera and learning new languages.

Fun fact: I conducted research on Black Twitter, a faction of the Twitterverse responsible for the creation of hash tags, including #PaulasBestDishes and #AskRachel and generally making the overall Twitter experience awesome. Before my successful social media career, I worked as a reporter for Oklahoma Watch, an online, nonprofit news organization.
